Louis Kahan coined the phrase "architecture is the thoughtful making of space", in light of this the elements of the interior space were chosen in the design of the main lobby and the design of the floor foyers. The thinking was first and foremost about the pedestrian and accompanying elements that produce a clear and clean orientation based on contrast and harmony between dark and light colors, between warm and cold elements, between yin-yang.The design of the elements inside the lobby space is done with the flow of people's movement in mind, and the way they experience the place, such as a glass wall accompanied by an artistic print. Such as a wall with a sunken wooden cube, which serves as a bench, and allows a place to stay for waiting or watching in the intermediate space of the lobby which is a semi-public and semi-private space. A place to stay that is also a place to meet, play and gather. The design line that runs as the second thread in the series of recent buildings in the Hadera dream neighborhood, is a restrained, minimalist and elegant design line that leaves an impact on passers-by.
